An anecdote from Peter..
Mum was a big fan of Jose Iturbi who was recognized as the world’s greatest classical pianist during the 1930’s – 1970’s.
He once played in Belfast and Mum went back stage after the concert and met him and got his autograph!
Incidentally - Jose Iturbi was the pianist who actually played the pieces supposedly played by actor Cornel Wilde in Mum's favourite favourite film 'A Song To Remember' - a 1945 film about the life of Frederic Chopin
